S00E03: Clearing Deck 2¶

The crew's search for the quantum matrix processor becomes increasingly desperate and dangerous as they systematically breach multiple secure laboratories. After failing to locate their target in Lab 2 and Lab 3 (despite finding identical workstations), they escalate their infiltration by hacking door locks and looping security cameras to maintain their cover while moving through restricted areas.

Their breakthrough comes when they successfully access the encryption control room and ultimately the quantum storage facility. Using hacked terminal logs to identify recently accessed storage vaults, they discover their prize in the first of three briefcases within a high-security vault. However, their extraction becomes a race against time as system failures trigger station-wide alarms. The crew's escape involves coordinated chaos - Androni deploys turbolift grenades while Klix executes a complex camera hack to cover their retreat. The session climaxes with their dramatic entry into the shuttle bay where a command officer awaits, leading to their shuttle launch just as the station declares red alert. Their escape is immediately compromised as another shuttle begins pursuit within 40 seconds of their departure.
